We envision by the year 2030, to reduce food insecurity by 30% among low income households in Kenya and beyond, through a sustainable distribution system which makes chicken protein and related micronutrients more accessible in the region by linking 90% of our registered farmers from Northern Kenya to a bigger market in East Africa.
Our current mission target is to reach 50% of low income households in Northern Kenya with quality, adequate and affordable chicken protein and related micronutrients by the year 2022.
The brief story of Kulamawe poultry Industries based in Isiolo county. Kulamawe, source for chicken from women and has mainly employed youth. The company sell chicken part at affordable prices making chicken accessible by the low income consumers.

Our infrastructure includes a slaughter house which is located on the outskirts of Isiolo Town, Kambi ya Juu area, a 10 minute drive to the Isiolo International Airport.
It is equipped with a current capacity of manually processing between 500-1000 chicken a day with plans of scaling its production capacity to 5000 birds a day with a semi-automated system by the year 2021. The plant has also invested on its own feeder farms to streamline the quality and supply of chicken to our niche and emerging clientele.
